The Cabildo of Fuerteventura presents "The Roots of the Ancient Drago", a musical show that invites audiences to relive the songs that shaped childhood memories in the Canary Islands. The story follows the Castimpón gang, a group of cats determined to find a capsule hidden beneath the roots of the Drago tree, where the grandfather’s treasured memories are kept. Guarded by the mythical Tibicenas and threatened by the envious cat Chimpón —who cannot sing—, the valuable object becomes the center of an adventure filled with music, fantasy, and emotion. A family-friendly performance that celebrates memory, tradition, and the magic of the songs from the past.
